"All the pieces fell into place for the Lutheran Westland boys track team as the Warriors brought home the Division IV state championship trophy Saturday from Lowell by scoring 60 points. … 'We knew halfway through the year we had the people who could win it,' Unger said. 'We told the kids you don't get this opportunity often and they made the best of it. … We also have a great parent following.  We took 11 kids there and every parent of every kid was there.'" — Brad Emons, "State Champions!"
