Varsity Softball opened their season with a sloppy 16-6 loss to Southfield Christian. Amanda DeVries pitched well striking out 10, but 8 errors on defense cost the Warriors big time.

Amanda DeVries drove in Lauren Harris in the bottom of the 7th inning for a 5-4 win of Inkster. Improved defense was a key in the warrior win.
