     1. Official transcripts must be mailed directly from LHW to a college

     2. Request transcripts in writing by email  Timothy Gieschen

              OR you may download the form transcript request form (WORD)    transcript request (pdf) and mail or fax the form to the address listed on the request form.

     3. There is a $3 fee for each transcript  (Current students are free)

A transcript includes all semester grades, ACT/SAT test scores, date of graduation, cumulative GPA, and class rank.
